Menu is not typical but the food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the Branzino. There is a larger capacity on the patio than inside. We sat indoors thinking it would be cooler since we visited in July during a record heat wave. However, to our disappointment the restaurant does not have air conditioning.
Went to Copley's with a group of 10 people. We were sat with DK and he was exceptional. I worked in fine dining service for many years and lemme tell ya- DK is the GOAT. Not one mistake was made. We're an easily distracted bunch and all had questions and DK answered them graciously and patiently. The food was yums of course but honestly the service made the meal for me. Also dude, the empanada crust.....THAT PASTRY. 10/10, Chef. perfectly layered, and this emp now rivals my favorite of nearly 15 years. Well done.

A very wonderful evening! The salmon was delicious and the drinks were strong and wonderful! Yazmeen treated us like kings and gave us the best advice, whether that was for drink options or even for dietary issues. We will definitely make this a regular stop on our yearly trips!
Dinner with a reservation, one of the best meals I had in PS. Dined on the Scottish Salmon cooked perfectly on top of thick asparagus also cooked perfectly, after a few glasses of wine had the toffee & vanilla ice cream dessert. Excellent professional service, multiple dining areas in & outside, accessible.
I am so happy I finally got to try Copley’s! The staff makes you feel so welcome. We had DK as our server and he was fantastic. From the cocktails to the dessert, everything was delicious. The chicken schnitzel and the short rib special were some of the best meals I’ve had in Palm Springs!
